body exfoliator usually goes with shower cream? or by using the exfoliator alone is sufficient already?Body exfoliator should be used before or after applying shower cream??
Its all a gimmick, none of it works. You are going to get old, your skin wrinkled and leathery, and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Save your money on exfoliators and shower cream, buy regular soap, and use the extra money to buy some books. Your mind is the only thing you will have when your youth is gone so don't neglect it. The exfoliator will slough off all the dead cells and dry flakes, so it should be used first, then followed by a moisturizer. Apply the moisturizer while your skin is still damp to see in the moisture.
I use exfoliator first and then follow with shower cream.
i use them together; so while i'm exfoliating...


i'm also rubbing in the moisture. :-)
